You know how good it feels when you keep moving...

.... your body feels better, your mind feels clearer, and those nagging aches stay away. But summer can throw off even the best routines.

Let’s be honest — the season should be filled with fun, laughter, sun, sea, sand, and some much-needed downtime. And yes, all of that should be a priority!


But when your regular classes pause or life gets a little too off routine, motivation dips, stiffness creeps in, and that strong, energised feeling you’ve worked so hard for can quickly fade.

 

That’s where I come in....

 

Even during school holidays, beach breaks, or when your instructor’s off on a well-deserved getaway — some movement is always better than none.

With my short and simple pre-recorded videos, you can:

  • Keep moving

  • Keep breathing

  • And stay on top of your physical and mental wellbeing — wherever summer takes you.

Here’s what’s included:

5 Pre-Recorded Mini Pilates Workouts

Only 10 minutes each so you can squeeze it into any busy day, repeat as many times as you like and do whenever and wherever you want!
