Following the success of my original 6 week programme you can now join me every week for my regular Strength & Stillness online class! These quick and convenient lunchtime classes are designed for those with busy lifestyles who want to feel stronger, calmer, and more in control. You’ll experience energising strength-based Pilates workouts paired with powerful, practical breathing techniques that help reset your stress response — laying the foundation for long-term, sustainable lifestyle change.
How it works:

Classes are weekly and run in 6 week blocks during school term time only

They are LIVE every Wednesday at 1pm in each block and are also recorded. Each weeks recordings is available for the next 7 days (This time period is great for keeping you accountable to weekly exercise but allows flexibility!)

You can join live or just catch up on the recording over the next 7 days

Each class will be a 25 minute strength based pilates workout and 5 minutes of breathing exercises

You have the option to PAYG or buy a 6 week block (Another nod in the direction of 'consistency' and 'accountability' if you opt for the block!)
