A 6 Week Power Pilates & Stress Reset

A realistic, momentum-building programme designed for busy women who want to feel stronger, calmer, and more in control. Over 6 weeks, you’ll experience energising strength-based Pilates workouts paired with powerful, practical breathing techniques that help reset your stress response — laying the foundation for long-term, sustainable lifestyle change.

LIVE ONLINE PILATES CLASSES

Monday's 9.30-10.30am

Intermediate/Advanced Pilates

This class is suitable for those who already have some experience of pilates or those who are generally physically active already. 

​

Monday's 10.45-11.45am

Beginners/Mixed Level Pilates

This class is suitable for complete beginners and those who may be recovering from injury or have pain related issues. The class can be modified as necessary and the pace and options remain manageable for everyone in class. This is a great place to start if you want to begin at a slower pace and learn from the basics, are returning to pilates or exercise after a long period, if you are recovering from injury or if you are part of the active ageing community.

Both classes are live streamed from face to face classes and only includes video footage of the instructor. We sometimes use small equipment including the mini stability ball and resistance band so would be useful to have these available at home but it's not essential.
