A realistic, momentum-building, live online programme designed for busy women who want to feel stronger, calmer, and more in control. Over 6 weeks, you’ll experience energising strength-based Pilates workouts paired with powerful, practical breathing techniques that help reset your stress response — laying the foundation for long-term, sustainable lifestyle change.

Weekly Live Online Sessions (Approx 40 mins)
Held online every Tuesday lunchtime @ 12pm

✔️ Weekly Top Tip + Live Q&A - Each week I will guide you on how to integrate what we've learnt into your daily life. There will be time for questions (either asked live or you can submit in advance if you can't join live) 

✔️ Each week will be a progression from the last so you can start to see where you are making positive change and feel it all coming together as a whole.

I'm right there with you...

I didn’t just create this programme—I lived the journey that inspired it.

 

There was a time when stress had completely taken over my life. I was constantly exhausted, juggling the demands of being a mum and everything else life was throwing my way. The endless trips to the doctor made it clear something had to give—but deep down, I knew the real issue: stress.

I also knew I wasn’t moving my body in a way that truly supported my health. I was dashing around left right and centre in daily life, always on the move but not actually doing structured exercise to gain strength and I definitely wasn’t making space for stillness. And honestly? I didn’t know where to start.

So I started small—with just one Pilates class a week. That one tiny step gave me something I hadn’t felt in a long time: energy, head space and a sense of control. The support from the instructors and the class community helped shift my mindset. From there, I slowly started to build a healthier lifestyle—step by step.

Has it taken time? Yes.
Was it challenging? Definitely.
But was it worth it? 100%.

And now, I’m here to help you take those same first steps—or to pick yourself back up and keep going if you’ve started and stumbled or just need an extra push to do more. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ve got you.
